Pad Kra Pao
Good to make in the summer with your garden basil, your choice of meat mince - turkey, pork, or beef (I prefer turkey for the lower fat, although the pork makes for the tastiest brew) - some shallots, veggies, and sauces. Great staple meal to have once, then a couple more times from the fridge. Serve with rice, a fried egg, sesame seeds, and more fresh basil. (Gus)
