HiSpice Pumpkin Pie
IngredientsGraham cracker pie crust
1 can organic pumpkin 1 can evaporated milk 2 eggs 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon of allspice |
Method
1. Put all of the pie ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together. Preheat the oven to 375F.
2. Place the pie crust tin on a baking sheet, then carefully pour the mixture into the tin and fill it to the brim.
3. Put the pie in the oven and bake for 40 mins. 4. Take it out and serve with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. Tip: you'll probably have more mixture than will fit into the pie crust. It's too good to waste so pour left over mixture into one or two ramekins and bake along with the pie! |
